The rates here presented are classified as high, medium, low and special season.
They refer to the value per house and per night. We can only book a minimum of two nights per house.

High season goes from the 1st of July until the 8th of September - New Year´s week
The medium season goes from the 1st of May to June 15th | 10th of September to 30th of October | Carnival and Easter holidays
